I have an armband tattoo, its a barb wire and its grayish with black outlining, it isn’t very wide not even an inch, just two wires intertwined. I was wondering how much the total cost might be if I got it removed after treatments. I know its based on the size as well as other factors. Does anyone have any idea?
Tattoos can be removed using several different methods: laser removal, excision or dermabrasion, and the cost varies for each technique. Laser tattoo removal, which is the most common method, and usually the best, ranges from $200 to $500 per session
am not 100% satisfied my my unfinished tattoo, its allready paid for, i havent been to the guy for almost 2 months now, there are some flows in it, and it looks like gibberish, but i signed a contract where i can not sue. i need advice.
you should know better than to go to someone who requires you to sign a contract like that….they knew their work sucks or they wouldn’t make you sign a contract. also, it’s fishy that you had to pay upfront. most places charge by the hour, not by the finished piece, so they would charge you what they did that day, not full price. if i were you, i’d take the contract to a lawyer and see if he couldn’t find a loophole.
The only other way would be to have the doctor surgically cut them off, but that would leave a scar. The other method is horrible but it would work for special occasion which is get dermablend or another thick correcting make-up. You must take a chunk out of the make-up and melt with your hands onto the tattoo then seal it with powder. It is thick. If you just don’t like the tattoo design you may want to get another tattoo to cover over the ones you do not like. It never ceases to amaze me how stupidly some people answer the questions on here.
Hi,
My husband got his first laser session for a tattoo removal. He would like to work out starting tomorrow. I checked the internet and I couldn’t found any restriction or detailed information on working out under this situation.
Could you please advice?!
Thanks!

Though everybody in the end has different motivations as to why they should like to shave their chest hair, at the end of the day we are all left with pretty much the same range of selections of hair removal. But before getting into that let’s talk about some of the reasons and hence advantages derived from chest hair shaving.
1. Inflate their self-image as well as self-esteem while they are in public. This can be anywhere from in the private corners of the bedroom, to the public beach).
2. There may be a lot of friction caused as a result of you walking around. I.e. the hair between your chest and your work attire may be a cause of discomfort especially in the hot hazy seasons. However it may act as a woolly layer of warmth throughout the colder months.
3. For those who believe in body art, chest hair may block off the view of things such as tattoos, body painting and art, rings, and other things of that nature.
4. Perhaps your skin is becoming pale as a result of being lodged up at work year-round and you want to work on you tan. Removing hair from you chest may be beneficial with coming up with a better and more even tan.
5. To conclude, perhaps your loved ones, children, or anyone else makes a fun habit out of pulling on your chest hairs. Maybe it gets painful after a while and you want to end this game once and for all. Some folks shave for this trigger so they can this.

The last time you visited your local mall or shopping center did you wonder what that new medical spa was? What does that mean? What do they do there? Would it be something I might be interested in? The answer to that question is that a medical spa offers medical aesthetic services? I know, I know, what are medical aesthetic services?
The answer is this; Medical aesthetic services involve high-technology skin care that represents the fusion of healthcare and beauty services. It is the use of advanced technologies to provide a medically based procedure designed to cause a significant cosmetic change or enhancement. These services can involve the use of lasers or other energy based devices.
As the baby-boomer generation reaches their 50s, the demand for anti-aging services has increased significantly. The ability to provide dramatic benefits without surgery has been a perfect match for this segment of the population. The resulting rise in the number of medical spas or aesthetic medical practices has made these lunchtime procedures more accessible, and has aided in their increasing popularity. The ideal result of a medical aesthetic procedure is to keep your friends and co-workers wondering what looks different about you, why do you look refreshed and more youthful without a change so dramatic to make people wonder if you have gone under the knife. Most importantly, these enhancements can be made without anesthesia, downtime, or significant discomfort.
As we enter into 2007, a medical aesthetics provider can provide solutions to nearly every cosmetic enhancement you can dream of. A Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician can provide solutions to everything from the removal of unwanted hair to cellulite reduction. Wrinkles can be reduced with ease, and that tattoo of your first loves name, which doesnt happen to be your current love, can be removed. Living with spider veins or birthmarks can be a thing of the past. How about tightening your skin or eliminating acne without medication? All of this is possible and happens daily at the more than 2,000 medical spas that populate nearly every region of the country.
The most popular cosmetic medical procedure is Botox. Botox involves the use of a mild neurotoxin that inhibits the signals the brain sends to the affected facial muscles in order to prevent the formation of wrinkles and fine lines. If youve never had Botox this might sound a bit crazy, but more than 2 million such procedures were performed last year alone. So what do all of those people know that you dont? More and more people are learning the wonderful benefits of making medical aesthetic services a regular part of their day to day lives. The new world of high technology skin care can give you the confidence to feel good about the way you look.
As with anything, it is important to know that your medical aesthetician is properly trained and has the experience to help you to realize all of the potential benefits of cosmetic enhancements such as Botox and laser hair reduction. Ask the right questions to make certain that your provider is qualified, and then get ready for the new you!

This is what laser tattoo removal looks like. This was my fourth session of laser treatment on my arm, so the ink was pretty light by then. The flower is not worked on because I decided to keep it after all (it has had three treatments, though). Towards the end of the film, you’ll notice the doctor goes over spots around my arm. That’s where I used to have a wide armband encircling my bicep. My doctor tells me I am very lucky that they used india ink in my arm band, as the ink in typical black tattoos today takes 10-15 treatments before it begins to fade (and mine is 99.9% gone after only 3 treatments).
This was my first time back at the dermatologist in eight years. And, before you ask, yes it hurts more than getting the tattoos put on, and yes, it costs more. The two minutes you see in the video were the entire treatment for that visit and it cost 100 US $.
I am not anti-tattooing. I love the beauty of a well-executed tattoo and I do have other tattoos (the flower, for one) that I am not having removed, for what it’s worth.
What I AM for is thinking long and hard before you get one yourself, especially if you’ve just turned 18 (or whatever the legal age of consent is where you are).

http://www.medispainstitute.com/menu_laser_tattoo.html This is a 2 year old professional black tattoo. this is the first treatment. This is a slideshow of different tattoos and the “after” photos at different stages during the Laser Tattoo Removal process. It is hard to predict the exact number of treatments required to remove a tattoo because each tattoo has different properties. The variables that affect the success of laser tattoo removal are:
1) The age of the tattoo (older are easier to remove)
2) Amateur or professional tattoo (professional need 8++ treatments, and in some cases this can be upwards of 20)
3) The amount of ink
4) The depth of the ink placement
5) The color of the ink (some colors are not removable)
6) The type of ink (there are over 300 types each with different properties)
7) The laser used (we have the strongest and fastest laser). Other lasers that are underpowered will not get the same result
The color of your skin. Darker skin (african american, indian, middle eastern, latino, asian, etc) make it more difficult to remove and will require more treatments.
So in this slideshow, you will see some tattoos gone after 1 or 2 treatments, while others are still pretty visible even after 4 or 5 treatments.
There is no scarring, and the whitening that you see in my videos goes away after several minutes. This is simply a reaction with the ink when the laser hits the ink.
Laser tattoo removal typically takes 6 months to a year or more to completely remove a tattoo. We always try to achieve 100% but realistically this may not be possible due to the properties of the tattoo itself.
Hope this video helps explain the tattoo removal process better and what you can expect after the procedure.
